Why do people use twitter to write a fucking novel?

Like, you can't just make an article and link it to your twitter? No it's gotta be eight million replies.
Twitter is such a shit site, why does it still exist? WHY?! XD

I hate it haha I talk TOO MUCH to use it. It's good for fun quick messages but it's also mostly depressing.

But if their information were that valuable, shouldn't they be making money? The fact that Twitter has never made a profit should speak to how valuable it is.
