Last Saturday, my Dad passed away. It really shook all of us, as he is the bareback of our family--which now only consists of me and my mom. At the time of this tweet, she is still working on getting the last bits of her company up and running, but other than that, we don't really have a good source of income other than what Dad had left us with. All she asked me is to finish my college for now, but I wished that I could do more for her.
So today, I launched my Patreon and Ko-Fi page, adding a couple more methods people can support me now (you can still buy my stuff on Bandcamp!). Every support is highly appreciated, like really, it'd help me motivate to keep doing what I do too. At the moment it will still all be very preliminary (you'll only see two tiers of rewards on my Patreon right now), but I'm _very_ open to suggestions: what would you like me to do?
I hope people can understand the nature of me launching these pages, and not merely to look at it as if I'm just begging, because I honestly don't want to see it as a form of such. You don't have to pledge if you can't, don't worry! But to those who do, I'd really thank you.
Thank you for reading this. I'll get some stuff up soon (Haruba's got a new ref), don't fret! I just need to get back to my laptop is all haha.

You have no idea how much I want to get the visuals looking good when it comes to Youtube vids xD that's why I've been kinda lazy making them
For starters, osu stole the modes from other rhythm games (I forgot where osu!standard came from, but it was a DS game; osumania comes from IIDX, Taiko from Taiko...). People also steals songs, since the community makes the beatmaps. I believe that's why you don't see Skrillex beatmaps anymore (unless you use a mirror site), because he asked the community to take it down. It has a pretty big community, though, but...yeah...

well the visuals are always a great attraction! i know you can do it ^ ^ the osu standard comes from the JP version of Elite Beat Agents, and i that they have stolen the styles is not really surprising. now stealing songs is a bad practice, now specially knowing it affects the artists like that. well never been a big fan of Skrillex but that's something interesting to know :O
