I don't know what to do my tablet suddenly stopped working. I bought a new one just over christmas because this happened to my last tablet but I did nothing to it? It was working find yesterday. The wireless USB registers and it turns on it just wont recognize either of my two tablet pens and I have 3 cables to plug it in and it doesn't even register... It hasn't even been a year. this is the Intuos pro its meant to be the best it's so fucking expensive just for it to not work and Wacom never get back to you when your tablet doesn't work. I don't know how to contact anyone about the warranty. We use the same tablets at unviersity and they work fine for years but I've had TWO that have broken like this in ONE YEAR. I'm livid. I don't know what to do I cant afford a new one and they dont report back to me about repairs. I hate wacom theyre such a shitty company for the only one making tablets.
Does anyone know anythign I can do?
