And so Kamen Rider Ex-Aid has reached the halfway point(Usually each series is about 50 episodes, Ex-Aid just reached episode 25) and i have to say that despite the goofy looks of the characters(Maximum Mighty Action X especially) and the outright WEIRD concept and the re usage of the Bugsters i'm REALLY enjoying it. In part thanks to the GOD DAMN BEST VILLAIN in the series ever: Kuroto Dan, AKA Kamen Rider Gemn. This guy is driven by pure JEALOUSY, even as a kid. Not wanting to give too much away but everything that happened in the show(The Bugster outbreak, Emu being able to become a rider) it's all because of this prick's jealousy and god complex. And then we have the other villain, the Bugster known as Parad, AKA Kamen Rider Para-DX(Read as Paradox), the first rider to have a Dual Gashat and the first rider to reach level 50. For the most part he took a back seat to Gemn and only engaged the riders for fun. But once Gemn was out of the picture he took charge, revived all the Bugsters that were killed, including his twin brother Graphite, brainwashed Poppy Pipopapo, a Bugster that had been aiding the riders and finished the Kamen Rider chronicle, a AR game where normal people become Rider Players and must defeat the 12 Bugsters to open the gateway to the final boss. It's basically a game designed to not only exterminate all mankind since using the Gashat instantly infects the player with the game sickness but it's also designed to pit the riders against the Ride Players This season just keeps getting better and better, i'm really curious to see where this goes since, like i said, this is the usual halfway point yet it already seems it's close to the climax. For now all i can say is "Enter the Game! Ri-Riding the End!
