I didn't think it would ever come to this.
Back in the summer of 2010, I found on a random porn game website this game called Babysitting Cream. I played through it and was interested that it actually had some seeming effort put into it, as opposed to most porn/hentai flash games I encountered at the time, which were usually hastily mashed-together compilations of other people's work (usually Japanese artists), or early 2000s flash which were god-awful to look at and everyone looked like a mugshot of a meth addict, and otherwise laden with excessive profanity since that's the only way anybody knew how to be mature (as opposed to being an angsty teen that recently discovered all the words).
I was interested enough in BSC that I used the links in the game to find Aval0nX on Fur Affinity (where we were originally stationed before the whole cub ban thing happened) and sit in on his streams, eventually standing out from the crowd thanks to shared interests and NEVER badgering him about updates, and since then we became very good friends.
Aval0n continued to work on the series on and off as real life happened for both him and the programmer Feathered_Adventures (AKA Avian), his art improved slowly but surely, and I floated about on the sidelines offering my insight and criticism when they asked for it while I worked on my personal projects. Over time, Aval0n and Avian decided to remake the project in Renpy, which is considerably easier to work with and far more stable than Flash could ever hope to be (which has been a considerably flawed engine and programming language from the outset). At the same time, I ended up becoming more involved in the project as Aval0n came to me more often to take my red pen to his work and edit out all the bad grammar, spelling errors and just tidy up the script.
Fast forward to spring of last year, Aval0n comes to me again and asks me if I want to take over as the lead writer for BSC. It's his brainchild, but in the grand scheme of things, I'm the much more experienced writer. He has also liked my work, and by taking over, the script could be polished up to my high standards while Aval0n could focus more on his artwork and Avian on the programming.
So there you have it. I am now officially the lead writer/documenter for Babysitting Cream, while Aval0n and Avian are also there to proofread my work and ensure we are all in agreement on the direction I take it.
