FA BAN pt2

I got this email just a bit ago after my appeal for the ban

"The names of another users removals were erroneously mixed with your own, and for that, I apologise. With that said, the content that was removed from your account was identified as violating our rules and thus the decision stands."

Such content i believe was one called "Filling Sherly" which if im not mistaken should be this one

For me the way Sherly was drawn in there doesn't show her a cub but rather as a small breasted girl (look at her hips!)

However im not absolutely sure if that's the picture or not, and to my bad luck if it was the artist also said it was cub https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=1119440

So if that was the case, it was my own mistake for not making it clear with the artist before and submitting it to FA thinking of course she didn't look cub at all. But when an artist says so doesn't matter if your character has huge breasts and wide hips, as long it's tagged cub it can't be posted in FA.

So yeah, one way or another doesn't seem they're going to let the ban go, despite if the character doesn't really look cub

I'm really sorry to hear. From what I've seen on FA, characters with small breasts are almost unanimously treated as cub unless you basically hammer it in in the description that she's over 18, and just doesn't have large breasts.

I'm glad the Stryker situation was cleared up, but still, sorry that they're still adamant about the ban.

oh, i know.. but a character's owner should decide that shit, not who drew it, or anyone else for that matter.. at that rate anyone who has a hate on fur someone who does chibi-ish art can cry cub and get them in trouble

That actually can happen in FA, if a character "looks young" to you even if the person doesn't specify it being cub you can report it and could get the person baned for having a cub character

totally recommend. the staff here is good and fair. the website itself is pretty well done, with a ton of cool functions, and it's fast!

despite the fact that Humans aren't allowed, cubs are!

Yeah the only thing i have seen is that when i try to check too many images it starts to lag or sometimes take forever to open, but other than that i like the site and might start migrate in the following days

you mean opening various submissions in new browser guides?

honestly, I've been opening +30 at the same time, and ofc it takes a bit to load them all, but it doesn't really affect me.

For some reason they all slow down the load timing and eventually stop loading, also i checked and everywhere else it loads just fine

well, as far as I know, there isn't a Cache Server in Mexico =[

you can see the Cache Server you are using at the bottom of the site ("Content Server: xxxxx")

FA is a site infamous for repeatedly burning people. How many times do you have to watch someone burn their hand on a stove before figuring out "hey, maybe I shouldn't rest my hand on this stove"?

It mystifies me why people still post to the site at all.

Sadly many people don't want to leave FA to change for something else as long big artists hang around, mostly commissioners, they are good in their comfort zone and thus forcing those who draw to stay there despite being treated like that

There was a hope that FN would be any better, but thanks to a whiny bitches like Tartii, it got a cub-art ban within a couple of weeks, though previously stated that they'll support any kind of art.
"Art is art, no matter what's the context and we will guard that fact till the end!"

So far the only site i see with a future is IB
I mean you can even redirect to your human stuffs as long you don't put the human porn in here, while in FA that'd mean a ban too

I've heard that some other artists were banned permanently from posting anything on FA, because they gave a link to IB on their pages and been posting cub pron on IB. So mods decided, that FA doesn't need such "shameless pedophiles" around and kicked them out. Even when they decided to make a new account it got banned anyway.
I wonder if they'd ban me for having a link to IB one day too? :\

Well at least IB has a mass upload system. you jsut need to submit a ticket requesting to get it unlocked. then you can put info in your submissions an release them at your leisure.

also i found a program to do all the uploading but it needs access to my FA which is baned currently so i'll just do it by small groups

's FA2IB uploader, then yeah, it'll definitely be a help. I think it copies over information about your submissions. Still, it sucks, and it's one of the reasons, why i was hesitant to upload shortstack content without submitting a ticket to the admin for approval there. I had to do that with my succubus, Evangeline, and also with my Black Widow Spider, Charlotte.

Even when you post human porn or anal-genital nudity content here on IB, they at least hide it so you can link offsite.

I think instead of doing it with that program because copies all of my FB and lots of it are just projects, i'll do it in batches so i can get things sorted out little by little

Well if I was asked to guesstimate the character's age, I'd still say she looks under 18. Of course I can't be sure if I'm safe since several of my characters are short with chibi proportions. I even raised this concern on the FA Forums several years ago and nobody could give me any answers so it's just a matter of if I'm high profile enough to notice and then if the staff likes me or not I guess.

That's because the mods there don't care for their people, here they do, they guide you through your problem so you can remove unwanted content and then if you don't that's when they apply the law

Actually I don't think FA can afford to loose many more users anyway, I'm surprised they are banning anyone
After all the people they lost during all the dos attacks and then the new captcha and the fiasco surrounding when they
"Sold out" and people were afraid of the new ad's.
Anyway be sure and let us know what your new FA is gonna be if you go that route.

might be late to post my two cents, but i gotta say. Fuck FA - after all this time, they cant see what assholes they have become, that their system is repeatedly targetted by attackers, and that all they host are a bunch of self-important retards. they dont update regularly, they dont help their community. they attack victims and allow their community to do the same.

in all that, they refuse to do anything other than cater to those they call elite.

For me all FA is like hitler and his officers, he gave an order and they put it in place as they wanted not caring for the others, in the end they were doing nothing but angering the mases, it's a dinasty bound to lose if don't actually start caring or doing things in a better way, but their site, their rules and it's just a matter of time

You know? As a person who despises cub porn, no matter the skill level of the artist, the art in question which resulted in your ban is NOT cub art! Women's tops come in ALL shapes and sizes, not just "porn star/movie star" sizes and shapes. You went with a smaller size, and what? That constitutes a ban all of a sudden?

That's something i tried to explain multiple times with my character, she has small breasts and body but she has curves of an adult girl unlike many pics of Sherly cub i post here where she lacks of curves and even breasts at all sometimes, she has shorter hair, in general you can notice a difference between the normal and cub, but i mentioned too, for them we're just numbers and where they see something bad they won't bother comparing (unless they compare it with the BUSTY version of Sherly)

I aint surprised, they removed a drawing of my char, the char was never labeled as a cub, has breasts and is in her 20s.

What was the offense then? the chibi style made them assume it was cub and they stood by the decision that its cub when it never was.

Meanwhile, Zaush, who continues to upload cub porn, gets a free pass for being friends with Dragoneer. FA's asskissers continue to deny it but its very obvious by this point that FA staff showcase so much bias and nepotism. It isn't a good artist platform anymore. They will even target you when you're following the rules simply cos they dont like you or your art.

I think they are just making it so only their friends and family can use the site. Weeding out the undesirables. People who are clearly breaking the rules are still allowed to do as they please with the staff defending them religiously. The fact Dragoneer was quick to state that no cub and babyfurs BUT suspiciously excluded Digimon *IE the baby level and rookie levels* (guess what his favorite franchise is?) made it clear how things are slowly becoming.
