Driving down to Florida today for the funeral of one of Mom's cousins. I only met him once when I was maybe six, but she said they were as close as siblings when she was a kid so it's important to her. Guess it's lucky I still had all my sick days saved up, and it'll give me a chance to really see what my new-ish car can do on the highway. It's an old Corolla, but they're pretty good. Mostly.
Probably won't have any internet access 'til I get back on Monday, so try not to miss me too much, 'kay? Even if I do, that part of the family is super religious so it's probably best not to even think about this place around them.
