You could file charges aginst him for stealing your card, unlike the cash that would be easy to prove.

Change your account pin. He shouldnt have access after all this. And get a lock to your room or hide your stuff. If your not careful i can become troubling if he needs money and Pawn your posessions aswel.

at the very least you should go take that stupid baseball from his ass, since it was your money that was used to buy the stupid thing then it belongs to you

he should have thought long and hard about stealing money from you and using your card, which by the way is a crime that could land him in jail. if i remember correctly there's a federal law about card theft.....

I think NoriOkami hit it on the head. He should have thought about that before stealing the money and card. I mean he could have asked and then paid you back. But instead he steals it. I say call the cops and stick to your guns. Don't back down. Maybe he will learn from this when his "social standing" is ruined when people find out he is a dirty thief.
