One has shown up online in this submission, although not in any detail. Deidrei mentions Wally AKA Wallasin, an albino squirrel her age who'd grown up suffering abuse from some of his more bigoted neighbors. Deidrei thought him beautiful and fell in love with him, which confused her since she'd never noticed males before. He'd already fallen for her almost as soon as they met, partly because she'd treated him like a person from the get-go.
The other is Wally Elmwood, a modern era albino squirrel who is basically floating around waiting for some place to fit in at. I don't think he's likely to meet up with Amethyst unless it's through the hospital, but she isn't interested in relationships with patients as it's unethical.
