but in all seriousness... i have only 2 weeks left in my treatments. the finished the first phase of radiation treatments two days ago and now its phase two.
the first 25 treatments were wide area 'nuke everything from orbit' style... where the radiation gun would start pointing at my ass, circle 360 around me, pause on my ass for a moment, 360 the other direction, pause on my ass, and 360 back the other direction again... my ass was getting a lot of radiation, which was giving me severe runs... the last while bad enough that even immodium wasnt helping.
the last 12 treatments are more focused on the two main areas and start at my left hip, 180 across, 180 back, and 180 across again.... so only my front end gets irradiated... and even after only two treatments the difference is noticable... the runs have stopped entirely and i feel so much better.
i cant even feel where the lump was now... so things are looking very good.
sadly now though, i need to apply lotion to the whole area... as im going to start peeling like a bad sun tan.
