Considering Uploading Here Again!

Hey ya'll~!

I'm just wondering if there's still anyone around here still.

We've reached this odd scenario in the furry world where there isn't a single highly populated gallery-website left.

I look at Fur Affinity and it's like a dystopian future society - about a fraction of the user base is still active, and a small fraction at that. So I decided to check it back here, but it seems to be going the same direction.

I don't want to stick to uploading art/commissioning through Twitter so I was wondering if it'd be worth the effort making this my main gallery, and if you guys would still care to see my art.

So let me know!

Honestly, I've always felt the same about InkBunny.

Nobody interacts anymore on Fur Affinity. It's literally gone and become a porn repository for the community. I bet a lot of people who are active there haven't left a single comment in months xD

Plus, I love how clean InkBunny's design is :3

I'd certainly like to see you post more here. I didn't think Inkbunny was very inactive though, personally--it's been growing at a pretty solid rate. I suppose it does take a little more to build followers than on FA, though.

I'm really starting to consider this place again. I miss this sense of community interaction. Fur Affinity seems like nothing more than a fave-dump for pictures. It's like most of the people with an actual personality have moved elsewhere (like here and Weasyl :3) and I don't like that feeling of 'art warehouse' as opposed to 'community gallery' x3

I cant really tell you what site is populated or not but I do check FA and IB more consistently than any other site. IB obviously has cub stuff that other sites do not...so there's that.

Yeah, I'm considering just trying to cross-post, but keep a closer eye on Weasyl and IknBunny from now on. Really don't wanna have to use Twitter to advertise for commissions and such. It feels.. intrusive, like I'd be no better than an ad bot XD

Upon browsing through your gallery, I have to say I enjoy viewing your artwork.

As for how active I am, there are times I won't do anything for a while, then there are times I post lots of stuff for a while.

I've been here for over six years and I've noticed the decline but honestly I think that we need more artists on IB. I would love to see more from you.
