Ugh, sick while working. TMI Tuesday

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well, and that you all had a good holiday! I seem to have caught a nasty throat and sinus thing, giving me a sore throat, aching head, and congestion... which, let me tell you, makes my already annoying shifts at work, barely bearable. Been trying to get some fic work done when I get home, but it's tough to write, when fucking douchey germs are doing their damnedest to screw with your body.

I'm about to go to bed, but figured I'd leave a TMI Tuesday journal here for ya. I'll leave a question for you guys, and you can ask me a question XD

Do you guys prefer more serious plotted stories, or more PWP, oneshot type stuff?

I find PWP easier to enjoy (for probably obvious reasons x3) but both are just as good~

What do you think of the tails-has-two-dicks fantheory :p

Heh, yeah, I've read two fics where Tails has two dicks, and I've seen a few pictures of it XD I think it's a LITTLE strange, but I can find it sexy on occasion, depending on the scenario it's in XD I always thought it was a tad strange that people correlate two tails = two dicks, cuz then it would seem like he'd need 4 balls and 2 assholes too lmao XD

Pshaw, porn logic always goes that multiple body parts means multiple dicks. And to be actually reasonable i think double dicks is much easier to like than those latter two... iterations of which i've also seen >.>

Personally i love the idea, though x3

Also, on that other post, St. John would be pretty interesting to see :p

Oooh, ouch, man. I seriously hate sinus problems like that. They really dull down your energy and it's just... bleh. Hope you get better soon! Get lots of rest whenever possible and don't push yourself.

For plot vs PWP... I honestly can't decide between the two XD. There are quite a few stories I like that are plot-heavy, but also lots of PWP. The latter is definitely easier for me to write, but I also want to delve into something deeper once I have the time and inspiration.

As for my question... I wanna get to know your perspective on some of the Sonic characters XD. So... tell me one thing you'd imagine gets a character flustered and embarrassed, and something that gets them really excited (even if they try not to show it.) For the sake of this one, I'll stick with Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. The answer can be sexually-based or non-sexual.

Hm, interesting question! For Sonic, I think something that would get him flustered and embarrassed, would be needing somebody to help him swim/save him from drowning XD Since he's generally used to being to handle himself in most things, I can imagine him getting kinda embarrassed that he needs rescuing from a deep body of water, and I can picture him with a blush on his face while he's being hauled ashore by one of his friends.

For excitement, I think Sonic would be turned on by someone showing some kind of strength that is equal or even surpassing his own in some fashion; for example, Knuckles, with his absurd strength, or Tails with his mastery of machinery, or Shadow, who is basically his equal exactly, but with even better control over Chaos energy... I think Sonic, who spends his time protecting people, would be turned on by someone who is capable of handling themselves, because they can match him in some way, and he wouldn't need to worry about them as much.

For Tails, I think he'd be flustered by someone flirting with him XD he's so shy, I think that when he realized someone was making a pass at him, he'd blush really deep, and get all stuttery on them XD For excitement, I think that Tails would be excited about having to compete against someone else, in terms of inventions; like, if Eggman made some huge mecha, Tails would be excited about having to build his own mecha to counter it, stuff like that XD

For Knuckles, much like Tails, I think he'd be a little flustered over someone showing attraction to him... he's not exactly used to people throwing him a 'do me' vibe, y'know X'D especially if they got really close, or whispered naughty stuff in his ear, I think his face would get nearly as red as his fur XD As for excitement, for a non-sexual excitement, I think he'd be quite eager to travel away from Angel Island, but he'd want to hide it; he's expected to guard the Master Emerald for his whole life, isolated, and I think that deep down, he resents that a little. We know he's a treasure hunter, so he DOES have a knack for adventure, and I think that getting to travel would light up his adventurous spark XD For sexual excitement, I think Knuckles would be turned on by a little bit of dominance play; like, having to wrestle a bit with his sexual partner for the top position XD? OR even on the opposite scale, he'd be turned on by his partner totally submitting, giving him all the reigns for the sexual encounter XD

I like striking a balance, like what you're doing for me. I tend not to like longer fics because they're rarely if ever engaging enough for me to get invested and read through all 40+ chapters, but taking that time to give the characters viable and believable reasons for wanting to check each other's plumbing makes the smutty parts a million times better. I usually don't care for fics I can't wank to, but there can be exceptions.

Are there any fetishes, pairings, themes, etc. that you really really like but haven't explored in your own writing?

Totally agree with the character building and attraction upping the smutty parts WAY better XD I tend to like longer fics, but unfortunately I don't have as much time to read them nowadays ^^;

Ah, good question! There are a fair few themes, fetishes, and pairings that I haven't gotten to write about XD

For themes, horror is definitely one that I want to try out; I have a couple fics WIP that have horror elements, but nothing I've posted as of yet is straight up horror, which is kinda funny to me, because Horror is one of my favorite genres lol XD

For fetishes, Iceplay is one that I haven't written yet, that I quite like XD I haven't really done a BDSM or a spanking fetish in my own stuff either, which is both stuff that I find pretty hot XD I also like monsters, which ties into the horror theme fetish above; I'd like to do a fic where a character gets caught, pinned, and ravished (maybe even m-pregged lol) by some sort of monstery creature. I also like the idea of an older partner, with a younger partner, sorta like a May-December romance type thing?

Also, I've mildly explored this one, but not in any kind of overt detail imo, is like, I guess it would be called sexuality/dynamics play? Like, with one character questioning their sexuality over another character? For example, in Starfox, I like to picture Falco as a straight guy... but he starts to go through some personal angst, because he finds himself attracted to Fox, or even has a sexual fantasy involving Fox, and it doesn't make sense to him, because he isn't attracted to any other men beyond Fox, if that makes sense?

Then there's also the dynamics of top and bottom in male stuff; It's a weird fascination to me, as to the emotions or desires that go with which character is gonna be receiving the dick, and which is gonna be giving the dick lol ^^; does one character care so much for the other, that they'll willingly be the submissive partner, despite maybe wanting to be on top themselves? Or is a dominance thing, is one of them gonna be the receptive partner because they are less masculine than their lover is? Or is it personality, would the one that people would perceive to be the top, actually prefers to be the bottom for their smaller or weaker partner? Figuring out the dynamics is oddly sexy to me, cuz I'm weird like that I guess X'D

As for pairings, there are quite a few! For Sonic stuff, I really wanna pair up Sonic with some odd characters, like Mighty, Espio, Geoffrey St. John, or even Zonic or Anti-Miles Prower XD Silver and Tails or Charmy and Tails, or even Bokkun and Tails is also a set that interests me XD Knuckles and Finitevus, or Knuckles and Espio, are also ones that could have sexy potential XD

For Starfox, I've already written a Fox x Slippy fic, so that one is crossed off, but I want to do a Fox x Peppy fic, and a Fox x Bill Grey fic; with Peppy, it hits a kink of mine, an older partner with a younger one, but also would have all sorts of angsty stuff attached too, because Peppy is sort of like a surrogate father for Fox... it would REALLY put a spin on 'daddy issues' for Fox, and Peppy would probably have some guilty feelings over having sex with his late best friend's grown up son, and I think it would be awesome to explore that XD Bill Grey is an underused character, and he apparently was good friends with Fox, to the point that Fox specifically didn't ask Bill to join Starfox, because he knew that Bill would say yes just because he wanted to be there for Fox, and Fox didn't want to be responsible for Bill throwing away his career in the Cornerian Military to join him as a mercenary. I think there is some potential for romantic undertones there, and I want to explore that for sure XD

Fox and Panther is a crack pairing I really find hot, but I'm already writing a fic for them, so it doesn't count XD

You could definitely find a way to work the top/bottom conflict into our story at some point. I think that'd go over really well, actually.

Next time, I might have to get you to do Knuckles x Espio. I actually really like that pair.
