Ten years ago, I took the mantle of Aval0nX. It all began with a desire to share my art with those who appreciated it. So I boldly set off in this long journey. There's been good times, and there's been bad times. I've traveled far, and transformed as an individual. I've made great friends and formidable enemies. I want to take this moment to thank EVERYONE who has supported me, through the good and the bad. I remember the first time I posted art back when I knew very little of the community, I posted my art on hentai-foundry (lol yeah laugh it up) and it was denied because it didn't meet their quality standards...heh... yeah I was pretty bad back then, but hey after a while my caveman sonic style refined and evolved, to "tolerable status". I've grown to inspire many, and it is very humbling, I'm still very far from the toes of the very talented artists that motivated me to refine and better myself.
Several years ago and idea of mine exploded like wildfire, the infamous Babysitting Cream Game, to this date many years later we're still hilariously hammering at it, many have moved on and I don't blame them, but many have stuck with us, and their support and love will be greatly rewarded. I along with a few others have once again picked up the work, every Sunday getting together to work on it. Slowly and steadily creating something that we know fans new and old (if they're still around) will enjoy. I will not go into specifics (that's for another time).
In the personal aspect, I have been doing well. I'm now a Systems Engineer for a mayor international corporation (those who know me better know what corporation it is). It has helped me in the personal aspect, but also takes a good chunk of my time, remember next time you log into your PSN or Xbawks live accounts after "periodical maintenance" to thank Aval0nX for jumping in with a team of IT Engineers to fix Sony and Microsoft's fuck ups hahahaha.
I've also expanded my boundaries, I'm regularly posting on tumblr, and my Grojband Fancomic is already in It's 3rd chapter (for those who haven't been keeping track) I've done art and mini comics for other series, like Steven Tumblrverse...eerr Universe I mean, and Star vs the Forces of Jarco...err I mean Evil. I've been chatting up with many awesome peeps via discord (if only I could know how to work that damn IM better...)
once again I want to thank you for following me along in this journey, and health willing well continue walking along for many years to come, here's to a New Year and to 10 more years of awesomeness!
