Stolen Laptop

Yeah so I'm out of work now, digitally. I need to save up for another one, and I'm so upset because I hadn't backed up a lot of stuff yet.

Also I'm homeless again. Yippee. If I could just get my name on a lease of my own that'd be gr8

Well that sucks on the lappy. How'd it get stolen and why are ya homeless? Previous journal said you were good.

Thought the roomies were going to be okay, but the second I try and get my name on the lease to the place I helped get, I'm on the streets... So in between moving places the old one for broken into and some things were stolen. :<

Pretty sure they can't just kick you out like that. Why didn't you get on the lease in the first place? Also place ya just left was broken into and it taken?

They can because my name wasn't official on anything yet... The leasee hadn't submitted our rental applications yet, so essentially if the landlord had asked I was just couch surfing.

But yeah presumably a robber broke in because they'd seen nobody was living there or checking on the property... I have no serial numbers or information to give police so a police report is useless

Well if you ever need someone to talk to I'm free as always, survived 2 years of that mess so I can at least (hopefully) provide some form of tips if you need them. I know how much that can suck, praying for ya though, hope things can turn around for you...
