So I've had a good think about my last journal, how I feel about drawing adult x cub stuff XP. Art is something very personal to me, it involves visualising a scenario in detail in order to create it from a description, so if I'm particularly uncomfortable with a subject, visualising it and creating it is rather difficult. I'm also a pretty sensitive person so I'm affected by things in subtle ways. Normally, when I see art of a cub with an adult the scene registers to me as abusive. Not just with adult x cub but porn in general often looks to me like an act of violence. It is graphic and concentrated to the point of being grotesque and offensive on the eyes. Because of that, I try to make porn I draw look as cute and non-aggressive as I can. If I can do that mental trick with other kinds of porn that I already draw, I can extend it to cub x adult too. So, rather than have a blanket rule and exclude all adult x cub art, I'll consider any commission ideas people have individually. If they emphasize love, affection, gentleness and/or sensuality then I'm much more comfortable drawing them. If they're focused on the graphic qualities of sex, like money-shot closeups or if the sexual aspect of the commission is the focus of it, I'll be much less likely to be okay with it.
I'm not good at drawing graphic porn, my interest isn't in it and my anatomical knowledge and technical skills are sub-par for it. It's better for me to try and capture a mood or feeling than draw anuses leaking jizzum or whatever XP.
So yeah, I will draw adult x cub stuff just like the other subjects I'll draw, but generally speaking I prefer it if there isn't such an emphasis on the graphic quality of the porn. I don't like drawing sexual aggression, no matter how old the characters are XP.
