Thats a bit vague. I have no idea what you can do with one. Or what materials your limited to using. I really like the idea of just making whatever I want. Can you tell me a bit about that kind of stuff or point me to where I can learn? Also about how much did all this cost you?

well bought a Prusa  I3off ebay for $180,   adding $60 in upgrade for the extruder and hotend.  Best way to learn is buy the cheap kit and learn.  I got transparent pla and black abs filament ready to try it out

some tips:
1. lose the ABS and get some PETG instead, its less likely to warp.
2. you should get some cleaning filament if you want to switch from PLA to a higher temp material.
3. get a PEI sheet to use on your print bed: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013HQ7B0/ref=biss_dp_t_asn
