Yeah, I actually replaced the original nib fairly recently, thinking that may have been contributing to the pressure sensitivity problems, but that was pretty much all software related...
SO, uhm. The thing is the nib itself snapped in half, and I don't know if I can even get the other half OUT of the pen. O_o
EDIT: Yeah, so found the spares, they are just over an inch long, and the nib part that broke off is about half a centimeter... fuuuuck.

Last ditch idea (seriously, try EVERYTHING ELSE FIRST because this could ruin the pen if it goes wrong), put the tiniest drop of superglue on the end of an old nib & carefully insert it into the pen, let it dry, then gently pull it out.

Yeah, that was actually one of the first things that came to mind, but I quickly dismissed it as there's too much of a chance the glue would stick to something else inside. Turns out it snapped off right on the edge of the thing holding the nib, too, so I think it would have gone badly.
Luckily it's actually quite easy to disassemble the pen, provided you take care and follow the instructions. I see how it'd be easy to mess it up, too. The hardest part, though, is removing the rocker/buttons. There is now slight cosmetic damage to the soft plastic grip around the button rocker, but so long as functionality is restored and the very minor damage isn't structural... just like video games: the gameplay mechanics are far more important then pretty graphics.
