Now THAT's how it should be done. No weird live action mix up (I'm looking at you Alvin and the Chipmunks)...extremely close to the original character designs, even their eyes are spot on.
The bunny was probably fine, the voice actor might have ruined it for you? If it was a bad portrayal of a bunny, then the movie's creator must have been a bunny hater. :(
