Hello,people. It has been a while since i last posted,hasn't it? Well today,i officially return from my unannounced hiatus. Wow,today we have the republican embarrasment known as Trump for President? Oh dear. Not like i was trully into modern politics. Well,before ya'll scream and state we will all burn,or that Trump must die,here are some things to look at.
1. Presidential power is NOT absolute. He might have the house and senate,but he has to struggle against the constitution,the supreme court,and the people. He has to have EVERYONE agree before he can do his insane bullshit.
2. He will never actually be able to declare WWIII,a presidential act created after vietnam limits his ability to do so without the ENTIRE house and supreme court considiring it acceptable.
3. He can NOT build a wall. First of all.DAT THING IS GOING TO COST 23 BILLION,more than the most expensive and problematic project of the US military,the F-35 multirole fighter jet,our country cannot afford a project that big. Second,the wall will have to go through varous homes on the border between USA and mexico,not to mention the rio grande and the mountains,which would make the wall cost even more and leave many people sour and probably obstructing construction.
4. Checks and balances will keep him in line. Just as they were made to,they'd halt the racist bigot in his tracks faster than you can say "NOT OUR PRESIDENT"
5. He might end up losing the next election due to the fact that republicans and democrats alike ACTUALLY HATE HIM.
6. You kill Trump,THEN PENCE TAKES OVER AND TRUMP BECOMES A MARTYR YOU BLOCKHEADS!!!!!!
7. He flip-flops his opinions just to win elections or get that money,one minute he says that homosexuals are terrible to get a lot of cash from some people back in the cold war,the next he allows them to work and rise in the ranks in his businesses to keep earning dough. Think about that,one minute he hates them because it got him money,the Next he loves them to get money.
And finally,i want everyone to remember,if you are thinking of drinking bleach or otherwise killing yourself over this... STOP IT. GET SOME HELP. suicide is a permenant answer to a stupid temporary problem. And remember to listen to optimistic music through these goddawful times.
I feel like the last few months' politics were like popping pills,you do what you do to be like the rest of the "cool" crowd,then,oh no,you can't stop! You lose all common sense as things go out of control with riots,fire and utter chaos,until eventually,things slow down to a halt,and you,realise you are either in a hospital,or,in this case,Trump won the election. Don't feel down,you survived that hell of a trip!
