Paypal Difficulties

those of you who tried to purchase or want to purchase on of my sets will notice there's a problem with the billing system.

to explain it in a few words: paypal suspended my account

why?

i reached my limit of 1800€ earnings for one year this time and they wanted me
to change my account into a business account and fill out some forms.
the main issue here is that i chose to use a pseudonym, which in their terms of use
is ok (that's why i did that) but the guy on the phone told me in paypal's eyes, a pseudonym is just a short version of your real name, like "dave" if your name
is david or "mike" if your name is michael...

so naturally, they blocked my account and now i have to create a new one and wait for them to check if everything is in order before i can continue.

though, the guy on the phone told me, since i asked, that my customers wouldn't notice anything. he assured me that the billing experience would not be compromised...
so much for that -.-

so i apologize for any inconvenience, but it seems right now i cannot provide any support to the purchases as paypal is just being unreliable right now.

i'll keep all of you updated when i can sell again

That's silly of them. Perhaps they'd have been fine with it if you had some form of official doing-business-as form, which showed your real name registered somewhere.

this is how it happened: they wanted a scan of my personal ID, but when i uploaded it, the system told me there's a technical issue and i should try again later. after 7 hours it still didn't work, so i called the hotline. there, they needed a name confirmation, but i
couldn't use my real name for confirmation... and that's when they saw i used a pseudonym
