You might get in trouble on some streaming platforms if you are just streaming videos. I think they don't pay much attention to Original LiveStream but the quality is not super-high. You can also upload videos there and trigger them to stream, rather than having to stream them live.
Most streaming services which do "live" streaming provide suggestions as to the software to use.

Ah ok I thought these website have a tool or something like that which lets you stream on their website ^^ I never tried to Stream except on Steam but I don't have to do anything there I just have to click the start button x3

Many of them do, and the FAQs can help there. But some can work with many kinds of software; there are standards for streaming, just as there are for transmitting web pages.
