Nope, write what you like, but know that I don't like scat or snuff, so if either of those are part of the story, you won't win the sponsor pick, you would need to rely upon winning the community vote.
That said, I encourage you to write what you like. An author who is writing something they love will put out better work than someone just writing because they have to. And I'd rather read a story that you are proud of than one that you did that was just tweaked in hopes of pandering for a win.

I've got a prologue and a couple of chapters, with a nice cut off point, but I might write more chapters before the deadline, (because this prompt is Golden and I'm having fun with it.)
