Still writin'.

I don't expect it to be one of my more widely-read works; in fact, I expect most of my few watchers will have seen 'About the Fantasie Eviscerotique Series' in their new submissions, and ignored it.  It does, however, represent a minor plan... that didn't work out as expected.  I'd expected to write it, get a little (VERY little, really) feedback, and use reader comments to break a bit of writer's block, but the trip down memory lane as I detailed whatever I could recall about the thoughts behind each episode did that for me.

One day after that submission that summarized book seven with spoiler warnings and complained about a plot impasse in episode six and a half, I finished the former, including a seventy-two-line ballad toward the end, and rhymes have never been my strongest skill.  I've updated, but not yet re-uploaded, the two related parts of the episode commentary, and I'm presently in chapter two of book seven for a second pre-submission edit, with more of an emphasis on catching minor mistakes than adding detail this time.

I'm quite pleased with how book seven turned out.  There were several points I wasn't sure I'd be able to fit in but did, and at least one idea that had to be left for later because there wasn't a convenient point to fit it in.  There also wasn't a convenient point to chop up that last chapter; the final scene was too long for an epilogue, and the rest of the chapter would have been too short without it.  Just like the ballad's questionable rhyme in the last verse, though, it's an accepted practice to deliberately discard some of the rules toward the end as stylistic emphasis.  That wasn't what I'd actually intended, for either the rhyme or the extra-long chapter seventeen, but it serves as a convenient excuse so I'll probably stand by it.
