well i do it for health reasons too since i have high cholesterol. i lowered it by a lot when i lost weight so i don't need to take pills anymore

With me, it's heartburn, reflux, sleep apnea/snoring, and blood pressure. Everything is good, as long as I stay under 200. I've got a bad knee and a bad ankle, and it impacts that too.
