Darn there are like 90+ suggestions, and a good few has been picked already... let's pick a few, though...Tabaluga, Invader Zim, Keroro Gunsou, Chibi (From Dragon Drive), Pina (Silica's lil pet dragon from SAO), oh and if you want a contract, then Kyuubey.

As others have suggested, could be some Sonic art, Cream the Rabbit, Blaze the Cat, Sonic/Shadow the Hedgehog, Wave the Swallow (as a few of my personal favourites) etc etc. Digimon also, such as Gatomon, Renamon (my favourites) and others. Pokémon, eeveelutions and generally any hehe.

Though yeah, Sonic, Digimon and Pokémon are usually the arts I look at...probably be a few others but they're off the top of my head and as others have suggested.
