So I got suspended on FA over a dispute that had nothing to do with me. It was a dispute between my mate and 2 other users. They were communicating through notes, my mate messaged them with his accounts. After awhile, the 2 users claimed they me and my mate were the same person and that I was harassing them. One of them even sent me a note (while I was blocked by them, which is against the rules and is in fact harassment) saying that they know me and my mate are the same person and that I made a mistake while messaging them by using a second account. I never messaged them at all. They had me blocked so how could I message them? I did however post a journal calling them out for their harassment accusations towards me after they started noting me while I was blocked. I even said in the journal that they not to PM me while I am blocked as it is against rules and is the very thing they were accusing me of doing, harassment. My suspension was and is unjustified. Neither of their accounts were suspended over blatantly breaking the TOS and messaging me while I was on their block list. My mate was also not suspended even though he was the one communicating with having the dispute with them in the first place. I wanted nothing to do with the 2 users, their relationship or anything. When I found out that they got back together and blocked me, "I said fuck it, whatever". I wanted to be left out of it and be left alone.
TLDR;
FA saw the situation as ME being the harasser and the bully using other accounts when I did no such thing. And the alt accounts (my mate's accounts) I was supposedly using to contact the users who blocked me were not suspended, nor were the accounts of the 2 that were in fact harassing me. I was the only one suspended and accused of harassment and avoiding blocks.
The 2 user's names will not be mentioned, I don't feel like having any further action taken over them crying and claiming I'm harassing them when I am not. I am clearly just stating my side of the dispute and making it public. I have every right to make something about myself public, including disputes I am having. Once my suspension is lifted, either via my appeal I sent to the support staff or through it timing out, I will be taking all of my content off of there and putting it elsewhere. I will no longer be posting anything at all to that site.
