So I've been thinking lately, how so much of the internet is basically toxic to discussion. I've seen many other people say they feel they can't speak about certain things without there being some abusive backlash. We're also seeing this ridiculous concept of a 'safe space'. A safe space, to me, means a place where you can say what you think and feel without getting screamed at, where you're not going to be bullied or treated like shit. With that in mind, I've made a group on Telegram that's all about conversation, no subject is taboo, no passive-aggressive attempts to change the subject. It's a place to have fun actually discussing life and all the shit that happens in it. It's also furry! If you like the sound of something like that, send me a note and I'll invite you to join NatterFluffs, haha.
Here are the rules of the group, to give you an idea of what we're trying to do:
THE RULEZ:
1. Adults Only. No under 18's.
2. No topic is too taboo to discuss, if you don't want to discuss something, simply say nothing. This group is for people to speak their minds and to feel free doing so.
3. No passive aggressive attempts to change the discussion in the chat. Example: "Can we please talk about something else?"
4. No harassment, bullying or trolling. Behave as an adult and expect to be treated as one.
5. Feel free to invite people you think will enjoy the atmosphere!
6. Expect discussion of your views, being questioned is not harassment. Civil disagreement is a good thing.
7. This place is all about enjoying conversations, however deep or shallow. If you can accept others, they can accept you!
