Help needed with phone

My cellphone acts crazy.
The alarm settings no longer work. Only when opening the program that ist supposed to make the noise (like calendar or clock) then it tells me that there has been an alarm hours ago.

I need my phone to get up in time for work.

I reseted my clock, but without success. I don't want to reset my while phone and lose all my settings.

PS problems appeared after installing telegram. Deinstalling didnt fix the problem though.

PPS I have a Huawei android phone

Have you tried turning it off and back on?
My phone acts up some times and have to turn it off to make it work again.

Is it a smartphone or what is called a dumb phone?
If it is a smart phone you can download Malwarebytes to see if there is a virus or malware on yer phone.

It sounds like you might be having problems with regards to the particular sound settings. Try looking into those to differentiate alarms and other sounds.

The problem is the alarm isn't making sounds, right? Or is it not activating at all?

The alarm is not activating. Only when switching to the program then it suddenly remembers the alarm and begins to ring

That sounds like there's something futzing around with its priority, then. You miiiight actually have to restore at this point.

check and see what your alarm setts actualy ARE if there an app you can find in the app list try clearing the deta and then restarting the phone and running a system update it SHOULD update the alarm settings and hopefully fix your issue.

if it's not something you can see in your app list you might have to restore..
