Alright, now that I've rested up some and got some things for myself while I stay with my friend Charvale, time for a little bit about my move.
So let's start with the beginning, this was my home in New Jersey. Kinda hard to tell which one is which, as I lived in a condo, but its the one with the windows on the ground floor right in the middle there. The area was nice, and had a cool little pond in the central courtyard. Here & Here. I also bought a new car too. Got rid of my old Integra, and got a nice Focus.
Once I got started on the road, I first had to get out of NJ and into Pennsylvania, and even though it was a Saturday, traffic on the bridge over the river was hell. 3 lanes down to 1 due to construction and a breakdown. Great start, >_<
After getting through Philadelphia and onto the turnpike, things got easier. When I stopped for gas, rood and some rest, I ended up at a rest stop where the Flight 93 memorial is. After that got back on the road and blasted through Ohio. In Indiana, around midnight, I came across a nasty accident. A tractor trailer was on its side, in the median of the highway. The kinda scary part was that the truck was going east, and when it stopped on its side, the cab was almost on the westbound side of highway...my side. D:
After that, somewhere in Illnois, I stopped to take a nap for a little bit. Once I woke up, I saw this guy in the rest stop. On the road once more, I reached halfway point in Lincoln, Nebraska, Sunday morning. Living there long before I really got into the furry world, I got to see the town again, and saw that it had changed since I was there last back in 2010. When I stopped at a local super market, they had this soda display. For those of you that don't follow the sports like I do, Lincoln is home to the college football team the Cornhuskers. (I could go into a huge journal just about them, but I don't want to bore you to death with that. XD)
Back behind the wheel, I headed out Monday morning, by, that afternoon, I was still in Nebraska, such a long state to drive in, and when I stopped to refuel, I found some bugs with my car. XD (I think I ended up killing about a hundred or so bugs on the way here. >_<) Drove through Wyoming during the night and into Utah, where I stopped there and took another nap for a while. Once again, when I woke up, found something interesting, KITTY!. Saw her hunting for field mice in the grassy patch between the parking lot and the highway.
Finally I reached Oregon and ran into Snake. And though I was on the home stretch, it was still going to be another 6 hours of driving. D: One thing I found was this cool view, here, here, and here. They were right before heading down a steep and winding downgrade. (Ride those brakes). Finally, after a ton of driving and being awake so long during the weekend, I made it to Char's place.
Now it's just a waiting game for my place in NJ to sell so I can look for a place of my own here. Hopefully it isn't too long, don't like to bother Char all that much with me and my stuff. XD
And while I wait, I'll be working on the next thing with my characters. With me moving, I'm taking the next step with my own characters and their story lines. And it'll be starting on October 8th.
Until then, have fun, and keep an eye out for all the new things upcoming. ^_^
You don't have to worry about bothering me, although I'm going to take this opportunity to work on a story that has been needing to get made for well over a year and a half. <_< *mews*

I understand this a lot personally. I've been transitioning in real life and the thought of being in public has made me extremely self conscious of myself... anxious and afraid. I've found something to help me cope with the ears and tail you'd see me around public with... so maybe you might be able to find something to help you cope yourself. Hopefully =3. There are many furries around here who I think would be happy to meet another ^_^. Good luck and hope to meet you one day myself ^_^

I lived in Mount Laurel, over in NJ. But yeah, I hope so too, as living in NJ wasn't all that fun. I never had any friends there since I moved back in 2010, and here in the Portland area, I have one friend, and another up in Washington state, as well, as knowing that there others around in the area.

Glad you made it safe. Also in response to what you said above about wanting to meet more furries around the area... Check out Rose City Fur on meetup and Rose City Furs on telegram and facebook ^_^. They have periodic happenings throughout the month to give you a chance to meet other furries ^^...

(and I know about facebook... I just threw out different options X3... I dun know what may be an issue with telegram... but... I can say that a couple of the individuals(and I do mean like two... maybe three) on there can be a little... eccentric... to say the least... So I can fully understand in that aspect... )
Well there is still the meetup.com group. http://www.meetup.com/RoseCityFur/ (and I know about f

as for the License plate that's only if they're bored. with a little resources you can pull everything about you from a plate number. It's not even locked to the police anymore. Name, address, phone number, sometimes insurance and Vin information and even your social. costs like $35 or so on a few background sites.
For the "average" person it's not an issue, however you're fairly well known in the furry world, your art isn't exactly PC for some users and well... Stalkers Yo! There are a few but not many that can and will make your life hell so a little paranoia goes well.
