Dinner for Two.

by
My wife and I have totally different eating habits, so usually we don't eat together.
She eats junk food somewhere (which makes me instantly sick, so I can't join her) and I eat later at home.
But not alone. I eat every night with my cat Pukilita.

(Warning, watching me eat the food that doesn't make me sick, may make you sick)

Fish and home cooked rice mostly. Sushi. Some stuff from local Cuban and Chinese restaurants, which also are rice based foods.

But some times it's just random, because stress can trigger it too.

I can eat out, but I have to calculate the time. Practically everything from fast food places (McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's) gives me explosive diarrhea in 20-30 minutes. Taco Bell the same, with louder sound effects. Pizza gives me extra cramps and pain. I love all those foods, so I eat them some times and then I hate myself for the next few hours.

So if I'm going to watch movie I know I can't eat first. We have to plan our day in a way eating is the last thing... because I know after eating the next step is to race home to the bathroom.

I totally understand about the stress thing. For me, lack of sleep will do it too.

I love fish and rice. for me though, it has to be the right kind of fish. I'm allergic to salmon oil apparently. can't be fried either. pretty much any fired foods give me the shits predictably. I love tuna but eggs hate me, so I have to find an alternative to regular mayo. really sucks because I love deviled eggs but yeah, it's not worth shitting molten sulfur. I can't do those pre packaged rice mixes either. something in the seasoning always gets me. Tis why I have my cheep ass automatic rice cooker. :3 sushi is awesome but I can't afford it most times. plus it's really hard to find good stuff out here.

I'm not quite as predictably bad as it sounds like you are but yeah pretty much similar. I usually pass on pizza night. I just don't eat fast food anymore. It never ends well. half hour, 3 hours, 9 hours, either way, it isn't pleasant. pretty much all junk food is out, including soda. I stick to home cooking as much as I can. I avoid dairy, red meat, cheep chicken and super sugary things.  I don't eat pork at all. sucks because ice cream is so tasty and so is bacon. nuts and whole grains seem to do pretty well by me. pasta's ok too if it's isn't cheep crap with too much tomato (I can't eat a lot of tomato stuff). I found this sunflower seed and honey butter stuff at the store and it's my new goto (probably wont make me sick food) food. veggies are hit or miss. They have to be the right kind, not cooked and I don't go overboard with the portions. most fruits seem to give me the shits, so I just stick to fresh apples.

I've found that WHEN I eat WHAT, makes a huge difference too. like morning is apple time. never eat dairy the same day as meat and if I AM going to punish myself with ice cream, I can't have it after a meal. has to be on it's own, like a meal onto it's self. sounds weird but farting for hours after, beats getting the splatter shits >.<;

ugh I wish I had a cast iron stomach :(

The only logical way to eat sushi is at a buffet. So you can have all you want for a fixed price.
Paying sushi by the piece will ruin you... and and hour later you'll be still hungry.

yar. I used to live by an Indian restaurant that had a buffet. I miss that. :(
