Floof asks: Posting with vs without descriptions

by
Would you rather Floof post some stuff without descriptions right now? or wait a few days (possible a week or two) and get some descriptions for them?

My vote is for descriptions.  Gives the images context.

I can only talk for myself but I really like having context with any art and especially with porn.

To me it is not enough to merely see a picture of a nude fox chained up in a dungeon being stretched on a rack and branded. I NEED the context and back story. It just makes things so much better and hotter. Arousal takes place in the mind after all so reading the descriptions really helps to set the mood and improve my enjoyment of it.

Your art rocks and I hope you take the time to write them. I'll be sure to read them thoroughly!

It's basically an issue of value.

Even if most don't care for descriptions, some do.  So it becomes an issue of whether to include the extra effort for the few that enjoy it.

I like having a desc to read if I find the content or character interesting.

DESCRIPTIONS, DAMMIT!

Don't feel bad about the delay, I sometimes have images lying around for months until the story gels. (Or I have time).

I enjoy well written/thought out descriptions, though it's not a big deal if there is none and I'd say just holding off for a while or letting it go without a description if you can't think up of one that meets your own standards is a better idea than trying to force one out. I've looked back at some of my written stuff before (that I've naturally never shared) and realized the ones I put together when I was more stressed, tired, or feeling uncreative, weren't up to par with the others and I kinda didn't enjoy reading them as much.

And of course, there's also no harm in revising a description or written work at a later point if you feel you didn't do it right, or if your personal standard of quality has since changed.
