If you are a competitive Pokemon nerd or wanna get into that sort of thing, check out Pokemon Showdown! It's a free in-browser Pokemon battler where you can customize a team just like in the DS games and battle others in tournaments or in a quick play format for ELO. It uses Smogon tiers (Overused, Underused, Rarely Used, etc), as well as VGC formats and even oddball metagame formats I've never heard of before.
