Turned in my letter of resignation

As it turns out, I don't have the power, influence, or talent to make this a reality.  I have told The Viktor that I'm finished.

There were two Patreons that I owe money to apparently.  If you're still watching this account, please send a PM to

with the total you paid out and the method you would like your money refunded, as for some reason, I'm not able to make sense of the Patreon site.

I sincerely apologize for this.  I hope it can be given to somebody that has the clout to do it.

Disappointing but understandable. Hopefully someone will pick this idea up.

If I may be bold enough to make a suggestion, we should get a group running together.

That way we could better pick our staff and come up with ideas, social pages, and if willing: Have people "represent" Specific characters. people who can play their roles perfectly. (Thank

for the Idea, not me. I just approve of it as well.)

It really, really does not seem like much, but it would be a good and proper start IMHO.

If you do want to try to keep this going, and know people with the talent and resources to do it, I think it is worth salvaging.

Honestly, making it a legitimate infomag was my idea, but one that The Viktor really liked, but I have also seen negative feedback about it.

The one biggest thing, however, is that The Viktor does not want it to be a pure porn publication, and absolutely doesn't want it to become Yet Another Smut Porn Magazine.

The "Submission Guidelines" text that I posted literally took me a week to compile and word exactly to his satisfaction, and we started out on the same page as to what this project should be, so there is absolutely no wiggle room on what will be acceptable as far as the Fun content.

Another immutable truth is that unless you are an artist, have (very close) artist friends, or have the spare capital to buy (significant amounts of) art, and have access to authors that actually want to write solo female and/or male-on-adolescent female discovery/romance stories, there's no chance at all, because seriously, in the first few days, there were over a hundred Watchers for the account, and after finally posting the Submission Guidelines, I got two patreons.

Also, it was pretty bad timing to start something like this without a budget, as earlier this year, it seemed to be in vogue for artists to have a "Shove off beggar" attitude when somebody wanted pro-bono art, and with the artist community seeming to have swung very heavily from "Art is My Hobby, and Actually Making Money Off of it is Nice but Not Necessary" to "This is My Job and My Income, Exposure Doesn't Pay My Bills," I don't really see generosity toward something like this becoming much more available any time soon.

Again, I'm not trying to discourage you, and I certainly won't stand in your way, the reality of the situation is that for whatever reasons, the intended genre just doesn't seem to be very much in demand, and it's therefore unlikely it will ever be self-supporting, so go into it knowing it will be a true labor of love that will take your own money and favor collecting to continue.

After what happened with softpaw magazine (Which was a decent series IMHO) Having a more porn publicized magazine seems a bit out of the question.

I have yet to check out the Submissions Guidelines. I have a few friends who are art savvy, but I'm not sure that trying to get big-name artists to do artworks for the magazine would be a financially sound Idea. Now, advertising them? maybe. Could always have a good few pages dedicated to "Rising Star" artists with a sample of their works in the Magazine -with their approval- of course. The newcomers need love too, and I think they'd be highly appreciative of being exposed to a larger crowd instead of a accidental discovery.

As for the "Shove off Beggar" artists... welp, burning bridges is a stupid thing to do. Especially if you make a living off of art. I can't say that I blame them, as someone will always want a piece of the action.

I'm not much of a popular guy. But I have met a few good furs, and I'm sure if I asked them for their help; a majority of them would give it a shot.

If I had to give a point of view towards "Furry Fever" I'd say Alternative Lifestyle magazine. and as much as I would like to there to be a spiritual successor to Softpaw? Probably not gonna happen.

There's two ways you can go with this. you can go with porn. or you can go with lifestyle, advertising cons and meets, artists, and products that are SFW. And even if I get a lot of flak for it, I'm more for the latter option.

Anyways, sorry; I'm kinda rambling. I would like to put together a small group, run a PDF test version of the magazine, and get input on what will work. When will we have Physical magazines? when we can prove it's worth it.
