I would have agreed with you if this journal came out around the time of Age of Ultron, but Civil War was a pretty great movie. It could have been better if Disney didn't have their strict rules about certain content not being allowed, but not every movie can be Deadpool.

I thought it was pretty good, actually the Russo's Marvel movies are my favorite.
And I don't think they're losing their touch, the thing with Marvel is that right now half of their movies are great and the other half are meh, the last 2 Captain America movies and Guardians of the Galaxy were great while Avengers Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, and Thor were mediocre.
