So.. the appointment happened yesterday. Managed to scrounge up some funds to do a self-pay visit to the doctor, but we managed to get a referral in today to be able to use my insurance, thankfully.
The bad news: It IS Crohn's. Like.. confirmed. But that's sort-of old news.
-I'm writing this from my bed right now. I'm still in considerable pain.
-I don't know how long it'll be before any treatment I get will take effect. I'm hoping for the best / soonest.
The Good News:
-Well, I AM getting treated. Not sure how soon, though.
-Finally insured.
-Pepto-Bismol works.. when it wants to. Helps to take the edge off the pain. Confirmed by the doctor I saw.

I'm sorry it's taking so long to return to my normal routine, but life just finds ways to bite people in the ass over and over again..
