What's up with Furry Network?

So, I guess there's another new art site now called Furry Network? Or is it even all that new? I have no idea.

Anyways, after this last big problem over at FurAffinity, I'm noticing artists there say they're heading for Furry Network.
Is there something to this site that's well-established, stable, or polished? Or is it just the new big shiny thing, so it's getting peoples' attention? And how many flipping sites are we supposed to be getting accounts for in order to follow our favorite artists? Tumblr's easy enough, but I have here and Weasyl where I follow several people. (aside from when I actually find the energy to produce my own art nowadays)

Seriously, what's the deal here?

It's the new shiny thing. There's some cool features, but also some kinks. It may be worth registering, if only to obtain your name.

As FA has shown, artists tend to follow an audience, rather than the reverse. Few have had much success dragging their watchers elsewhere.
