People love, images for everything. Make a bunch of stock sfw vector images to slap onto every paragraph. Makes it look interesting rather then just words.
Powfoo's is a great example I think?

Wish a had a definite answer. Best I can say is do what you do best and try to make it a plus for people who pledge vs people who don't. You don't have to make everything entirely exclusive but have some kind of perk.
In my case, I've made a lot of cheap stuff and some comic related things so that's kinda my gimmick. Hope that helps >w<

I'd only Patreon to an artist that did MOSTLY Futanari on Female work...but ideally, it would be someone who deals EXCLUSIVELY in futa on female, so I don't see myself going to any Patreon anytime soon.

I don't subscribe to new Patreons anymore, as they now charge ~20% tax to Europeans on top of the pledge. So, instead of:
$1.00 - $0.05 (Patreon fee) - $0.05 (Paypal fee) = ~$0.90 for you (~90% of pledged amount), it's $1.20 - $0.05 - $0.05 - $0.20 (tax) = ~$0.90 for you (~75% of the pledged amount)
If I'm becoming a patron with the intent of supporting an artist (as opposed to with the intent of buying a product), then this is horribly inefficient, as a quarter of what I'm paying gets eaten before it gets to the artist.
Not sure if other Europeans feel the same way.
