Adding paypal fees is against paypal's ToS. It's fine to increase your prices to cover the fees, but not to explicitly tack on the fees extra.

oh o.o damn i did not know that .. to think of it .. why would they even have that rule..? it will be just fixed if someone tells the price is that much XD

Paypal doesn't want the buyers to pay the fees, they're the ones spending money. They want to encourage people to spend money. The people making money through paypal are expected to pay the fees as their cost of operation.
