Here in PA, a guy up the street was placed in jail for nothing more then drawings. Of course, if it is obscene, it is even more illegal.

I assume by PA you mean Pennsylvania? If so, then it was not nothing more than drawings. In the US, the only convictions relating to drawn images either also involved the real thing, or imported physical goods, or some other circumstances that made the prosecution viable. Drawn images themselves never lead to prosecution, there are many prominent artists that would have long since been convicted otherwise. An acquaintance of mine has been in contact with lawyers over this since they run a website hosting such material.

Seems Pennsylvania believes in thought crime. Wasting police resources on drawings and art, when there are hardcore pedophiles who seek to go out of their way to actually hurt ACTUAL children. The US hasn't learned from Japan, England and Germany, and seek to go after people who have not committed crimes against real children. I think a lot of people like young looking characters xD as humans it's what attracts us to others, attractiveness is determined by something that looks youthful. honestly there is nothing wrong with that.
