Here's a hangout that I've not shared the latest with, so here goes...
Yesterday I had an issue with my desktop compu, where it died on me, and I was almost left without something to connect with, until hubby dragged out, dusted off, and hooked up a problematic machine from my past that I thought I asked him to recycle.
Turns out he kept the thing in storage with the thought at some time he'd be able to use parts from it to supplement my Dell with... possibly make an external drive bay out of the skeletonized tower that would be extra storage for me.
Long story short, I'm now using what I thought was a broken machine as a replacement for my now dead one, so I'm not without something to connect with you guys with! =D
I might not have had the chance to backup any of my recent works before my Dell died, but it's not that big of a deal. Most of my stuff is safe on an external that I can access with my revived HP Pav so I'm still able to art it up and I'm not stuck with just Phone Internet access!
