We all know the big examples of some movies/stories/TV shows spawning people's fetishes. Antz with it's shoe scene, The classic Moby Dick & being swallowed by a whale, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, The Nutty Professor inflating, and who could forget the innumerous internal/micro situations in THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS.
One person I observed brought up a point: For those that got exposed to furry when they're young to stuff like Robin Hood tend to end up as animators in the industry, which then take their love for the fandom to make new films like Zootopia! (Landing on VancouFur weekend next year!)
The same may be true for this. The Ant Bully literally had a point of view flip flop crush shot, and that was about a decade after Antz. Innerspace was both a micro and vore movie and the themes are eerily repeated in the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids TV series and The Magic School Bus.
Focusing on "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids," Who could forget the Cheerios scene? NOBODY FORGETS THE CHEERIOS SCENE. Some people may have gotten their first "taste" of vore watching that scene.
For video game fanatics, If you played Sly 3, the bootlace scene is similar in premise to Antz as well. (I still want to kiss her boots)
And this one is a little more obscure, a little known cartoon in Canada called "Roboroach" had a slipper crush scene where a woman tries to step on the protagonist.
It's everywhere. Embrace it if you know where to look.
