Well, I think it's awesome, and some of you might as well. So here it is. I make music, as well, I have been a Junior Developer for quite a few games (lead music for a current project) and know a thing or two about working a game and the other aspects related to it. Well, I had an idea to make a Visual Novel! Yeah, not to original or well planned out since my drawing hand is legally disabled, preventing me from drawing worth crap rofl. Well, I know a thing or two about writing stories as someone who used to be commissioned to write fan fics and made some short stories that were alright.
So, here's the thing. I'd need someone to want to help with the project. If they want the story done a certain way (including answer segments and the story paths branching out as required) or they want to do the story themselves, well, the whole project would be their show. All I'd be doing piling it together and making the music, unless they have their own taste for tunes and can provide them for the game. The other thing is, the finished project is yours for however you choose. So if you want to sell it, go ahead. you want to give it away, feel free. I have no interest in any profits or anything. All I ask is that I get to keep a copy of the game. that's more than enough payment for me XD. I have no way to accept any payments anyway since I don't have a bank account and my PayPal is messed up to the point where I can access it to make transactions but can't receive deposits. Therefore I decided since I like games, VN's are fun, and FURRY RULES!!!... The game is perfect for a completed work. And don't worry. I wouldn't do something stupid like load it on a website to be received that someone could easily snatch. I'd send it via email and add a password that I would tell via PM to the person I'm working with.
So, not sure if anyone is interested, but there you have it. You get a VN of your making to do what you want and 100% free labor. My boss would kill me for not offering that to him lol. also, if you think someone might be interested in getting their own free game developed, repost this journal to get the word out. I've been wanting to make a VN for some time, so don't miss this chance.
