Heya folks!
I had a great time last week (despite the large amount of failure FTL put me through), and I hope the viewers did, too. It was only a short stream, less than 90 minutes, for a few reasons:
- I wasn't really prepared with enough game for my usual 3+ hour stream sessions. Watching me die over and over was getting boring, I'm sure
- I was sick, and I kept coughing over stream. I'm pretty much over it now, though!
- I was rusty as eff! It's been a long time
As a result, a few people were left wanting more (and I know of at least one person who missed it entirely in the amount of time it took him to get a shower and eat breakfast). Welp, it seems like tomorrow is likely going to be a shorter stream, as well.
I'm moving to Florida on Tuesday, March 3, so I'm spending time with family members before I go. I'm going to see Imitation Game with my mom on Thursday evening, relatively early-ish. This won't be a problem for anyone in North America who wants to watch, since you're all in an earlier timezone than me. For my European pals - and I have a good few - this can be problematic!
I think we all have to just bite the bullet this week, since my schedule is kind of tight, but I think it's better that I stick to my "Stream at least once per week" schedule than to try and reschedule and be unable to, and then lose momentum.
What I'll probably eventually do is take a little poll and see what time the majority of my friends are free to spectate, and plan streams around those times. Ultimately, this is just an excuse for me to do two things I love at the same time: socialize with friends and play video games. I'm not really planning on becoming a career streamer.
Anyway, I'll still be streaming tomorrow, but I'm not sure what time yet! Keep your peepers pointed here for a stream announcement, or follow me on Twitter and you'll no doubt see it there, too.
