It's all Guil's fault, really.
I moved into this house not knowing anything about the furrie fandom other than seeing pics of people dressed in animal suits dancing in hotel lobbies. Guil is a furrie, and I asked him what that meant. He showed me a ton of websites, and the more yiffiy locations in Second Life.
I was intrigued.
It wasn't until months later that I, desperate for something to write, figured I'd give writing an anthro comic a shot. I talked this over with Guil and he was all sorts of ecstatic about the idea. He gave me great characters, a lot of furrie staples to consider, and even acted out the fight scenes. Savage is definitely his brainchild; I just have the benefit of carrying it to term.
Tonight is the second night we've been tossing about ideas, refining the characters, their powers and personalities, their relationships to the universe we were slowly crafting. I have an incredible opportunity to produce something that will cause a stir, get people interested, talking, drawing fanart or writing fanfiction. If nothing else, furries are the best fans one could hope to obtain.
So, tonight, I begin on page one of the script. Here's hoping to many more updates!
