I hardly can find words to convey how sad and revolted that makes me feel. This is not an attack against a country, this is an attack against free speech.
I can hardly conceive how pathetic someone has to be when they have to use machine guns to silence pencils.
I believe free speech is a fundamental value that had to be earned at a high cost. It cannot be that we let it being threatened. I'd like to call all who believe as much to relay the message and express their opinion, especially artists as it is peers that have been murdered for drawing their ideas.

Having said that, anytime you make fun of someone's deeply held beliefs you are provoking retaliation. If you stick a finger near someone's face and say "I'm not touching you~" long enough, they will snap and lash out at you. That's pretty much what happened here.
I don't condone their actions, but realistically, if you're going to repeatedly taunt and tease a terrorist faction, what exactly do you expect to happen?
