I don't think they did.... there are too many inconsistencies with this attack and none of the top 5 have called Dibs.

I'm wondering if there was anything.... It is interesting that not 2 or 3 days ago we had news about the "Prince and the Child hooker" thing.

"calling Dibs" is Expression used to claim rights/possesion on sth./sb.

Calling Dibs simply means in this thing that one of their groups/people/teams did the attack but not even ISIS/ISIL are calling the attack and THAT is concerning to me.

basically it's something called Wave the Dog Link I call it jingling keys.

It's where you distract the people away from scandal with something else. Such as in the states we are having major protests against the police and there is quite a high level of brutality and other Illegal things going on. However the news is blasting Ebola and "the super flu" (Or which celebrity is doing the other)

Well, This attack is concerning that it has none of the earmarks FOR an attack of it's style.
If Isis did it there would be their stupid Flag/banner on BOTH the guys attacking.
If it was Al Qaeda / the Taliban there would have been video and threats and probably more "fan fair"
If it was the Muslim Brotherhood they would not have used Syrians or Russians or French. they would have used Arabs but from the videos they were too white.
I DO like the Syrian Militia side and it would match up with the 2 man team here but they would not have stopped at just a news shop.

My "theory" is this was to draw people away from something else. (It's a good tactic and easy to do) but I cant figure what. Prince pays for underage prostitute is shameful and the timing is good but I mean it's not the worst thing to happen in the area.

I'm wondering if one of the major Caber rattlers was just denied a war.

Yeah, there is a news, filtering celebrities out in my country. So. we got that going for us, which is nice. xD
I understand, what your point is now, Your first comment looked like two seperate cases.
It seems like a few hardcore Muslims felt treaded on their toes and made an independent attack, I guess.
What war could it have been? Which was denied? You have any idea?

Well, ISIS is really mucking up the Mideast right now and I don't think many High Level Military are too happy with that. I mean over a Million US soldiers were injured or wounded over there, thousands killed (UN was also in the hundreds) and NO ONE is doing anything. Getting the world to rage and seek revenge would be the fastest way to gain support for another full mission.

I'm not 100% but I watched on "world news" (A BBC German news on the local broadcast here) said there was little support to go back and sending aid was probably not going to happen any time soon.

They are already scared, because we have 96 EU parliament members, which is the highest amount in contrast to all other EU countries.

That is VERY interesting and not at all surprising.

I wonder and suspect their ID's were on the Driver side Door handle or the Center console which is SOP for Military going on and off base, (as well as everyone in the car) This goes for ALL Military that I know of. If I were going to do an attack like this I don't think I would have my ID on me at all.

I'm with you on this one. Charb was my favourite satirical artist, and I buy Charlie Hebdo quite often. I can't express how much hate I have for these guys right now. I mean, fighting drawings and words with weapons? Way to go... Horrible murders perpetrated by cowards.

First the only guy recording only heard them say Allah Ackbar, There are NO symbols and flags which is the exact opposite of the top 5 WHICH none have called dibs on. :/

Because Radiation was overplayed to keep Children and 3rd world nations from delving into Nuclear Production. Seeing as we have Children building Nuclear powered fusion reactors for science fairs one can only assume it's not as bad as they've been pushing.
