So this is less a journal and more a challenge for you all. You see, this world we live in? It's rough. A lot of people go through their days, struggling each day. Money is usually tight for artists, time is a resource nobody seems to have, and nobody seems to have enough to just be kind anymore.
Joining the military has taught me a good deal of things: You can have 300,000 brothers and sisters, and still not have a single god-damned friend. Money and time are what you make of them, and utterly worthless if you have nothing to spend them on. Appreciate the little things in life, and thank those who do them. Never leave a kindness unreturned. This world is cold and hard at times, don't emulate that.
So, here's the challenge: Improve others' days. See someone in a foul mood? Encourage them. There a struggling artist out there you know of? Send them some love. Doesn't matter if it's a $1 donation, a gift drawing, or even just a note. Somebody out there being harassed? Help 'em. Generally, just make a good change in somebody's day. If you do, put it here. If I especially like it, I might even reward you.
Again, this is open for everybody, and I'll be looking around for people doing this without knowing of the challenge, and I'll probably throw random peeps small random gifts. Don't be afraid to tell others about this challenge.
Also, ANYBODY who can PM me my primary alias will receive a reward as well...no, it isn't shadowed or shadow.
In addition, for anyone who likes a real difficult challenge, I give you this: Find my name. This one will be silly-difficult(I hope), but if you pull it off, the reward is $75. (not an alias, my legal name) Also, people I've donated to cannot attempt this part of the challenge. Sorry, fellas, you can still do the alias hunt.
