ok, so i'm on meds. the mildest end of it. prozac for the anxiety/panic/depression and trazodone for insomnia. im afraid of the prozac decaffeinating me to the point where i become the bleh. was on paxil for a bit and that was the devil's work. the psych said prozac has little to no withdrawal symptoms and few side effects. lets see how this goes.
