Do you ever feel sorry for Claude? Depending on your choices he could be the only male in a six person team. Of course that would be a waste of the sword of Heaven-Farwell and the sword of hell-Levantine.
Considering that the same would apply to Rena being the only female its more obvious that the creators/story writers were trying to make a love story instead of a romantic space adventure. I get more amused by the fact that Claude is one of the few males of the story to have an openly (PA induced) relationship with one of the other possible characters.
