I'm not surprised, that pic was stolen so many times, personally I don't mind but the thing is the pic isn't 100% mine, despite the lineart and coloring is mine, even the original idea, the original sketch is based on my friend's sketch at the time, we were on msn and she liked the idea and made a comic of it, then I asked her permission to remake it and she was happy about it, it bothers me to see all these edits and stealing for that pic when she's being affected to.

It's a picture of Sonic and Amy at a pool. It's really not that hard of a concept to think of. I highly doubt that picture has any relation to your picture, be it a rip-off or inspired. It's really just too common of a theme, so I'd just forget about it.

Really? I've seen many pictures of Sonic and Amy at a pool. The fact that Sonic is uneasy around water is part of his character. Since Amy loves Sonic, of course she would do anything to help him. While you may say that your picture is 10 years old, the theme of the picture could be even older than that. Who knows? Maybe the other artist thought of the idea on their own? I'm not saying you bringing this up is making the other artist look bad.
